The mobile portable unit is suitable for reclaiming of bores 50mm to 250mm dia in the earthmoving and heavy industry trades.  

Here we are boring six blind holes 55mm in diameter on a pitch circle diameter of 270mm in a coal beater wheel 2100mm in diameter and weighing 2.5 tonne.

All four of the locating bosses for the bucket actuating hydraulic cylinders on this loader were worn and in need of repair.  Our line borer/welder is shown here welding one of the internal bosses in preparation of machining

 

Still set up on the same centered bearings here the line borer/welder is now in the other side of the loader welding the outer boss in preparation for machining.
